Support, Refunds, and Disputes

EZBiz is operated by BL Home Services. This page explains how support, subscription refunds, invoice payment disputes, and chargebacks are handled.

For account access, billing support, legal notices, or operational issues, contact blhomeservices@outlook.com.au. We aim to respond within 2 business days for standard requests and faster where account security or billing access is affected.

EZBiz Subscription Refunds

EZBiz subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable except where required by law, where we approve a refund in writing, or where a duplicate or incorrect platform charge occurred. Cancelling stops future renewals and access continues through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Invoice and Customer Payment Refunds

Payments collected for subscriber invoices or quotes are transactions between the paying customer and the subscriber business that issued the invoice. The subscriber business is the merchant of record for those transactions and is responsible for delivery, service quality, refunds, tax treatment, and customer communication. EZBiz is not the seller of those goods or services.

Disputes and Chargebacks

Paying customers should first contact the business shown on the invoice, quote, or payment request to resolve refund requests or transaction concerns. If a cardholder raises a dispute or chargeback through their bank or Stripe, the subscriber business remains responsible for the underlying transaction, evidence, fulfilment records, and response. EZBiz may provide technical logs or platform records where appropriate but is not a party to the underlying sale.

Platform Role

EZBiz provides software tooling, hosted workflows, and payment integration surfaces. Except where we directly bill a customer for an EZBiz subscription, we act as a technology platform only and not as agent, broker, escrow provider, financial adviser, or merchant for subscriber-issued invoices.
