EZBiz provides software tools for quote, invoice, and business record workflows. Information generated through the platform is based on user input and is not a substitute for legal, tax, or accounting advice.
No Professional Advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, taxation, BAS, financial, or accounting advice. You are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice where required.
Client Communications
Quote and invoice emails, payment links, and generated PDFs are sent on your instruction. You are responsible for verifying recipient details, amounts, tax treatment, and terms before sending.
Platform Role
EZBiz is a software platform. Subscriber businesses remain solely responsible for the content, pricing, fulfilment, refunds, taxes, and legality of the invoices, quotes, and payment requests they send through the platform.
Payment Processing
Online payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe terms and availability. We do not store full card details. For subscriber-issued invoices, the subscriber business is the merchant of record and is responsible for refund decisions, transaction evidence, and customer communication.
Disputes and Claims
Customers who dispute a subscriber-issued invoice or payment should first contact the business named on the invoice or payment request. EZBiz may provide technical records where appropriate, but is not a party to the underlying sale or service agreement.
Availability and Interruptions
Service availability depends on infrastructure and third-party providers including Railway, Vercel, MongoDB Atlas, and Resend/SendGrid. Temporary interruptions, delays, or delivery failures may occur.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim.
