EZBiz is operated by BL Home Services (Billy Wyatt Lawson, ABN 72 262 733 633). This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.
What We Collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, authentication records.
- Business records you create: clients, invoices, quotes, jobs, income, expenses, receipts, and notes.
- Payment metadata from Stripe: transaction and subscription references, not full card numbers.
- Email delivery metadata from Resend/SendGrid for operational messaging.
- Basic technical logs for reliability, fraud prevention, and security monitoring.
How We Use Data
- To provide, secure, and improve app functionality.
- To process billing and payments and issue related notices.
- To send transactional emails such as verification, invoice, quote, and password reset messages.
- To meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Storage and Access
Data is primarily stored in hosted infrastructure used by the service. While we do not access user data unless required for support, security, billing, or legal reasons, authorized personnel may access limited records when necessary to operate the service.
Retention
We retain account and business records while your account is active and for a commercially reasonable period after closure, including where retention is required for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Your Rights
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
- You can request account deletion, subject to legal and financial recordkeeping obligations.

Third-Party Services
