How to request deletion

Email us from the address linked to your EZBiz account. Include “Account deletion request” in the subject and provide your account email or business name so we can verify and process the request.

Send your request to blhomeservices@outlook.com.au.

What will be deleted

We will delete the account and associated personal and business data, including profile information, clients, quotes, invoices, jobs, expenses, receipts, notes, and related application records, subject to verification.

Retention and processing

Some information may be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or security records. We may request additional information to verify the request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
